LMC HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE is based in the Southampton, Hampshire. The club was established in 2019, Opening our full time facility in 2024. Hosting a range of Sports from Martial Arts through fitness and Dance the LMC High Performance Centre  aims are to focus on beginners right through to elite athletes who are aiming to gain a career in  sport. 

Former TEAM GB  ATHLETE Max Cater is head coach and has always wanted to inspire the next generation of athletes to fulfil their goals.

Training from age 4- to coaching full time today Max's Taekwondo journey has been one like no other from representing Great Britain, being a Commonwealth Games Champion, a two time British Champion and Multiple international events Gold medallist. Max has also represented Team GB at the 2015 Baku European Games. 

The concept of the classes is to not only train in an Olympic recognisable sport, gaining martial art skills. But to also increase fitness, self defence and pure enjoyment of being involved in a contact sport. The excitement and pure energy of the students and coaches creates a positive and respectful atmosphere in which parents are able to spectate.
